Flex 2 lights are dim

I have noticed recently that the lights on the flex 2 band are barely noticeable when I double tap the band. However, the pebble lights up fine and bright out of the band. Does the band need to be replaced? I would hate to replace it and didn’t really need to.

Hi @chicagogyrl25 It sounds as I the little windows the lights shine through are either dirty or discoloured. Try cleaning the strap inside and out with a toothbrush. If that doesn't help then you need a new band.
