Flex 2 not Syncing deleting & re-adding in the App

I am using the app on the android platform. I have deleted the tracker and re-added a few times. I have tried restarting it while plugged in for charging to no avail. I have not been able to get it to sync in almost 36 hours. I have had my Flex 2 for 4 1/2 years and this the first time I have had problems like this. Then only real problem I have is getting it to sync the first time after a long period of not using it. Has it reached the end of its lifespan? Any help or information would be great!!!

I am having the same problem, although I am using iOS. My flex 2 is five years old and I’ve never had this problem before - I’ve been unable to synch it since 21st October!

Hi @Brambi what phone/computrr are you asking for help with? 

Removing a non syncing tracker insult only adds more problems.

This just happened to me too on a samsung galaxy s8 with a 4ish year old flex 2

My flex 2 also isn't syncing.  It is about 5 years old now.  I tried everything they said on the forums but nothing has worked.  I then tried to unpair it with my phone (as it said to do this on one of the forums) but I wish I hadn't as mow I can't pair it up to my phone again as they no longer make them.
