Flex 2 not holding charge

Hi,

The battery of my flex 2 is draining very quickly and it is holding charge only for approx 30 mins after charging 100%.

Hi @singhmani It sounds like it may be dying. How old is it? Try restarting it several times and see if that helps

Hi @NellyG..the tracker is approx 2 years old. Tried restarting it several times but no luck.

Unfortunately it is probably dying and if the restarts dont help then there is nothing you can do. If you are in Europe then if it is just under 2 years it will still be covered by warranty,  but anywhere else the warranty is only a year.
