Flex 2 not syncing

Yesterday my Flex2 stopped synching to the Fitbit app. It's still synching to other apps just fine. However, the Fitbit app isn't recognizing the device. It's the same device I've had for over two years. Since it didn't sync yesterday or today I'm likely going to lose that data. Suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.
