Today I received a message with the heading :
Update the fitbit app
Then , further down the page:
This version is no longer compatible with your flex2. Your device may not be able to connect with the app until you update.
At the bottom of the page 2 options:
Update app or Maybe later
When I select Update app I am taken to the app update page which requires me to select Open. When I select Open I am taken bak to the Update the fitbit app page. This is extremely frustrating. Any answers?

I’m having the same problem. Battery is fully charged but receiving message that battery is empty. Using iPad 13.3 and iPhone 13.3

Deleted and reinstalled software and that helped. Had to also turn Bluetooth on and off once reinstalled.

My Fitbit 2 stopped syncing 2 days ago although fully charged. Tried all recommended routes then uninstalled App and reinstalled. Set up will not complete????
