Flex 2 unresponsive

Yesterday I noticed my Flex 2 wasn't responding to a double tap, no lights showing. The most recent sync suggested it was on 89% battery, so I wasn't expecting it to be a flat battery. It was also unresponsive when trying to charge.

 

Eventually I managed to perform a reset and it appeared to be "charging" with my portable charger, but a double tap showed a single red light. Tried charging to the mains and it very quickly charged up to 100%, was successfully syncing and responding correctly to a double tap.

 

Less than an hour later, it is unresponsive again and I am having to repeat the process. Is there anything else I can try or is this Flex 2 dead?

Hi @dcuk81 Try multiple restarts if you have inly done one, but if that doesnt help then your flex 2 is dying. Very sad 😔
