Flex 2 won't charge

The flex 2 will not charge past the first white dot.. the app says fully charged but I've left it plugged into the wall and a computer overnight and it just will not charge.

Hi @ambervh Try restarting your Flex 2 several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesn't help then the Flex2 is sadly dying.
