Attempted first time charge, only single white light blinking since charger was switched on, after more than 12h charge, single light remains. No vibration, no response with double taps. Have not synced to device. What happen?

Hi @KPIfif  which Flex? 12 hours is a long time, even for the Flex. These were retired quite a few years ago, so it's possible the battery has completely died.

Tqvm. Flex 2. I just got it this year as a gift. Any way to resolve this? Tried resetting but to no avail.

Actually restarting it several times and letting it charge might just help revive it @KPIfif  A few people have posted about putting a device on to charge and waiting until it shows signs of life. Here is the Flex 2 user manual and related articles to help you - click to go there.

Mine is the same. One light and as soon as I take it off the charger is has the no battery symbol on the app.

I'm getting the same results you are. Are you leaving it on the charger for a while? I have left mine on the charge for a while but the lights stop blinking after about 5 minutes. I don't know how much battery life it has, only 1 white light shows, as I can't pair the Flex 2 with my iPhone via Bluetooth anymore - not sure why but still troubleshooting

Same thing. I also have an iPhone as well. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s discontinued but hopefully they will bring it back. The jewelry for the flex 2 was so nice.

I hope so as well as I prefer a device that is small and easy to use. I'm not interested in at watch with a fitness component. Yes I agree the jewelry is rather nice as well as giving a more "polished" look for business apparel.

I'm now looking for see what I can get to replace the Flex 2. Anyone have any suggestions? (Looking for a small tracker device)
