Unable to setup flex. Fully charged but lights won't come on when double tap. Have had a flex previously on current phone with no issues (only replacing coz if age and charge deterioration). Any ideas what to do please?

I'm having similar issues, although I've had my Flex 2 for about 2 years and had no issues and using the same phone as before.
How far are you able to go in the setup? Is your Flex visible on other devices? I get to the point were I try to connect via Bluetooth - my iPhone recognizes my Flex 2 but just stops at the "Connecting to Fitbit" point then stops. I have left it at this point for several hours but no change.
In terms of charge my Flex 2 only has 1 white light regardless of how long it's on the charger.
