Flex 2 won't charge

Hi. I haven’t used my flex 2 for several years. I have tried to charge it but it just has one light. I have updated which completed but still no charge so can’t set it up. Any ideas. Many thanks

Hi @Zaza1103 Unfortunately Lithium ion batteries do tend to deteriorate over time, especially if left with no charge. However before you give up hope try cleaning the  contacts on the pebble and the charger with rubbing alcohol and try a different power point or USB slot. I don't hold a lot of hopeful it, but worth a try

Thanks Nelly. Yep it’s dead for sure tried cleaning contacts etc still no life. Never mind 💕
