Flex not working

Hello. My flex has been working for a while then I found it in storage again. It was not paired to my phone and I tried to repair it. No luck. I then tried to reset it and it works and still charges with lights. If I double tap it nothing happens. If I repair it nothing happens. If I rapidly tap it it vibrates but no lights. I would like some help to fix this.

Hi @nathanieldmarbl Try restarting the Flex several times. If that doesnt fix it then I think it has died and you will need to buy a new tracker.
