Flex 2 won't turn on

I was having some difficulty synching my fitbit flex 2 so after following all instructions I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Following this the pebble appears to have died! All lights flash rapidly, when in charger, dead otherwise, unable to reset. Thought it was just my fitbit so bought my sister's unused one. Sync'd once then did exactly the same thing. So two pebbles trashed by latest fitbit app/update. I'm furious!

Prefacing I'm replying about the Flex2, I'm not familiar enough with the Pebble watch to lend guidance. Fitbit bought Pebble around five years ago, but specifically for their IP, and employees, not so much their hardware, effectively killing off the pebble brand. I have a pebble somewhere too, they're neat watches and Fitbit now uses some of that technology in the newer Versas and other app-based devices. You've mentioned also trying (2) Flex-2, is this correct? If these are the ones that are flashing when in the charger (and not the pebbles), and dead otherwise, sounds like your tracker is dead and is no longer charging. Before giving up, it's always worth trying a reset or 10. Really. At least 3. Sometimes, performing a reset more than a few times seems to wake a dead tracker. Don't get your expectations too high though, as you can see from previous posts in this forum, others who've had this issue were either lucky enough to be fixed by resetting, or had to replace their tracker with a different Fitbit. Hopefully, the reset works for you 🙂
