When my  flex 2 is charging in the cradle Bluetooth will recognise it. Soon as I remove it from the cradle it stops being recognised. I reinstalled the flex and also the Fitbit app. Any ideas?

Have you tried turning Bluetooth off for about 10 seconds, then try again?
