I'm trying to set up a Fitbit Flex that was given to me. To the best of my knowledge it hadn't been used. I plugged it in to charge and the lights never stop blinking even after many hours of charging. It wont follow through with setup either. HELP!

Hi @Mama_Lyss  the Flex was retired quite a few years ago. If the lights are going back and forth one after another from one side to the next, it is telling you to do an update of the firmware. If the lights are blinking back and forth like snake eyes, it's in sleep mode. Are you able to charge it fully - that is five lights solid until you remove it from the charger. If you tap it, you'd see a single progress light for each 20% of your daily goal. You can do a restart of the device, which would help a few glitches. You downloaded the latest app for your phone? There are a few things it might be.
