Fitbit Flex 2 charging issues

So I have a flex 2 brand new out the packet, but has been bought for a couple years. It syncs and sets up nicely, however the battery is “empty”. I have followed instructions to clean etc, and then tried reseting after charging for a couple hours, but is still flashing on one pip and says empty battery. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Thsknl  the Flex 2 was retired quite a few years ago and it's entirely possible that it might not spring to life. First thing is to try a restart of the device, as it often takes care of a glitches, have you tried that?

Yeah I’ve tried to reset it? Is that the same thing? But yeah not feeling optimistic, was just fingers crossed

Link for directions - click. See if it helps. Sometimes before we use them, they get old. Keep trying and see what happens.
