Hey everyone! I got a hold of a real human and said there are multiple people having this issue and I am included and this all started with the App update and apparently they haven’t heard this and none of you before me have reached out or the handfuls of people leaving reviews on the app, also apparently not saying anything and I was told until I exhaust all options and more people reach out, they won’t mark the app as needing looked into. Now they are blaming it because I have an iPhone and it must be the operating system. I keep it up to date and I have used iPhone for years and this is my first issue and I am glad I am not alone, but very frustrated that we are not being heard.

I have not been able to sync my flex since Tuesday! It’s so frustrating! What do we do?

I was having trouble with my Flex 2 not snycing and ended up deleting and reinstalling the app on my computer. Maybe this will help you?

Glad your unit is working again--- after having some very frustrating days trying to get mine to snyc again, I wanted to share my results and hopfully help someone out.....

I started having a problem with my Flex not syncing two days ago. I have tried deleting the app on my Iphone & reinstalling, it didn't work. I too keep my Iphone updated and this is the first time I have had this problem.

My Flex stopped working 3-5-2021 and the Device log in this app confirms it. I am beginning to think since Google bought Fitbit they have stopped supporting us old devices. I shall try to call and see if I get an answer.

I got a hold of customer support today 3-8-21 at 2pm. And they say to update the APP in Apple store and then to restart the Fitbit. It needs to be in its charger and then put a paper clip into the pin hole on the back of the charger. Everything should work after that. I won’t know until I go home in 4 hours to try it.

I went home and followed the instructions - UPDATE the Fitbit APP in Apple Store - Load the Fitbit into the charger - get a paperclip and insert into the hole in the back for 5 seconds - that's all it takes and now everything is working again. After a time even some of my old data for the past 5 days showed up. However on the next day (today 3-8-2021) the APP on my phone is asking my to LOGIN - I then needed to find my PW - which I have not used for 3 years. Now I had to click Forgot PW and ended up creating a new one. Everything is working again for now. Let us see what tomorrow brings. Good Luck everyone else.

I have an android phone and my Flex2 is also having trouble syncing. I just did an update on my phone 2 days ago. Went for a walk at work and after I got home today and my steps did not get counted. Had to uninstall the app and reinstall. Then had a really hard time syncing. Deleted my device and reinstalled it in order for it to sync as well as holding down the reset button on the charger. Very frustrating! I too will try to call tomorrow to see if I can spw someone about these issues. Glad I am not the only one. Thought maybe my Flex2 was dying.
