Flex not auto-recognising exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Flex has stopped automatically recognising my exercise. What’s worse is I can’t even check the settings for the exercises it will automatically recognise, as none show up when I tap the exercise button anymore. The auto-recognise option is not visible on the Dashboard either. What’s happening?

I should add that I recently changed devices. I used to have a Flex 2 (which I loved!) but unfortunately it stopped charging and since I could not find the same model for sale a bought a Flex instead. Does this model not automatically travk exercise? If so, how can I return it?

Hi @InesMS The Fitbit Flex  has been discontinued for many years now. Where did you buy it? If you want to return it you would need to return it to the seller you purchased it from. I have never had a flex (I started with Fitbits when the flex 2 came out) so I am not sure precisely what it tracks, but looking at the Flex User Manual  HERE  I don't see anything about activity tracking on a brief look. Have a read of the manual and that will help you better understand the Flex.

To see the trackers  currently manufactured and sold by Fitbit have a look at THIS page
