Flex stopped working altogether

I haven't used this in a while and charged it up last night to full power. Flex says it synched today at 7:45 but it isn't. Won't count steps or activity. Flex doesn't show as a connected Bluetooth device in my Settings. I tried restarting the Flex and restarting my phone. Nothing works.
