Switched phone off/on and it may sync once.

Tried all Fitbit suggestions including Force Stopping the App. Allowed sync once.

Suggest there is a problem for Fitbit to fix!

I am having the same issue - my Flex is not showing up as a bluetooth device on my iphone8. I have updated all removed cache, deleted the app and reinstalled all 2 times today and still no synching. (have reach many steps and tried them all. What do I do now?

Same thing for me too. I have the flex 2. It won't sync with my Huawei phone. I spoke to an adviser today who said there is a problem with all Fitbits syncing with Huawei. I had already followed the troubleshooting and unpaired my Fitbit, but now I cannot pair it up again. Adviser told me to go to phone settings, then apps, then clear the data for the Fitbit app, however this terminated the call with him too. Perhaps try this and see if it works for you?

I cleared all and completed all steps and then removed the app for 24 hours. Have now re-installed and seems to be working. Have set it up to also sync with my computer on through fitbit connect.
