I am so sorry, I don't know how to post a similar question, so I am having to reply to Mazzymojo's post... My flex won't sync either, and I have done the same steps that Steve has referred to, with restarting the flex a few times (paperclip, etc.). If the tracker is working (Iights, progressing in number of dots, etc) and is fully charged, and I have worked through trouble shooting on the USB dongle (says it is working properly), and the phone AND computer are both NOT picking the bluetooth up on the tracker, is it possible that the bluetooth portion of the tracker stopped working? If so, does anyone know how to fix this? Resetting the tracker is not working. I have a ticket in with Fitbit, however they say that my tracker is out of warranty and can sell me a new one for a 25% discount.... Seriously?
Anyone else having this issue? Are the trackers only designed to work for a couple of years? Is that standard? This is my first one, and I LOVE it.
ANY advice, ANY comments are welcome! Thanks!!!!!!

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Have you tried all of these syncing troubleshooting steps to fix this problem? Also, log out from the app, reboot your phone, and log back in. Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on. Try to sync!
Let me know how it goes!

I've got the same problem. My bluetooth device (tried two devices) does not see the tracker. Is it possible that the dongle will work? Does the dongle use bluetooth?

Thank you - I reinstalled fitbit, then shut the phone down and it seems fine now.
