Flex will not connect

I have literally been trying all day to get my flex to pair with phone,  tablet. I tried to get it on my computer. It will find it! On everything!!!!  But will just spin and spin and will not connect.  All day! I have tried every suggestion on here. Uninstall. Force stop. Take off all paired items. Omg! I'm ready to toss this thing. I even opened new accts to try. Same thing. I have had 2 live chats. Nothing..... so sad.

Hi @SunsetRunner  Fitbit pairs to your email address and not your bluetooth device. While it uses bluetooth, it's not the same as pairing it as you would to hands free car driving, etc. There are system requirements to use the Fitbit - click to read more.
