I just found my flex and it hadn’t been synced since December of 2016. Is it too old or is there a firmware/iOS update available?

Hi @eangel77  version 7.88 is the latest firmware for the Flex. It's been retired for a few years now. You might need to be sure your phone is compatible, too. Sometimes when the battery has been dead a long time, it might have trouble getting back to life.
