My New Flex 2 Wont Charge

I just took my Flex 2 out of the box and I am trying to charge it, per the instructions on my app.  However, it will not charge!  I have tried plugging into two different USB wall chargers and my computer, but it only charges for about 1 minute and stops each time.  

 

What am I missing?  I never had this issue with my Flex or my Blaze....

Hey @LVZ77, it is great to see new faces around the Community! Smiley Tongue When you plug your Fitbit Flex 2 into the charging cable, depending on the charge it has left, one light or two lights, etc., will be blinking and once your Flex 2 is fully charged, a green light will flash and all five lights will shine for a few seconds before turning off. Is this the behavior of your Flex 2? If not, maybe your tracker is not charging correctly so I suggest you to perform a restart of it.

I purchased a brand new sealed Flex 2 yesterday and it won't charge. Flex 2 is my favorite of all fitbits and when I lost my original Flex 2 tracker I knew I wanted another. I have tried different usb chargers,  a reset, and even my old Fitbit charging cable. The pebble tracker just won't charge. It stays at one white light.

HELP please.

I saw that you got a new Flex2 and I was excited that there were still a few out there. I looked at Amazon: $214. Wow. Not what I expected. congrats on your new Flex!!! I hope you get it up and running.
