I recently upgraded my flex. I handed it down to my daughter, ut was wirking fine. Now that Ive set up the family account, I cant see any of the fun features I had. All she has is steps. No place to enter water, or see sleep etc. Help me set up please!

In a family account, you normally can add only Ace or Ace 2.  I am surprised you could even add a Flex at all.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
