Hi @Jayneze the lights going from one end to the other, back and forth? Sounds like it's telling you that it needs a firmware update. click to learn more. Don't put it on the charger for that long a time. At most you'd need three or four hours for a full charge.
Is there a shop I could take my Fitbit flex 2 to see if it’s broke ?
ive followed instructions to see if update needed but there’s no pink notification
it says it’s 60% charged but wen I tap it in band no lights at all come on
it’s only fast flashing up and down if in charger
xx

Best Answer@Jayneze- Hey, I’m having the exact same issue. Have you had any luck with your Flex?
I plugged the pod into the charger and all I get is rapid flashing of all the lights—not back and forth as @Odyssey13 asked, but rather all at once. That’s the only time it’s responsive, but it does not sync when the lights are on. When unplugged and off the dock it’s dead, no syncing nor lights turn on. Plug back in and the rapid flashing starts again.
I tried resetting the device, and no change nor vibrations. Just constant flashing.
I tried to sync it while charging—nothing. Resetting the Bluetooth on my pairing device—nothing.
I’m so sad.
