I’m Having the same problem I called they didn’t know how to fix it so they’re sending a report to the IT department. Very frustrating.

Same here. After trying everything in the help chats. I still can't get a system update or Bluetooth. Tried to get back onto using my old inspire and its the same . Have updated my phone and uninstalled the app. But nothing working
