I just opened my fitbit flex to brand new out of the Box and charged it all night long took it off the charger and it still wont-work my app says it's completely dead.

Hi @Leila1966 both the Flex and Flex 2 have been discontinued and are no longer being produced. Although it may be brand new to you, these devices haven't been made in well over two years, so the battery may be dead. All you can do it restart the device and try to see if a spark of life returns. There are no more updates on these, too. If you are able to return it to the seller, you might want to consider doing that.
