My Fitbit Flex2 stopped syncing. When I tried to sync it, it says No Device Found. I plugged it into the charging dock but all the lights are flashing constantly. I am not sure what needs to be done. I have uninstalled the app and tried to remove the device from the Bluetooth, however, it says that the device needs an app to remove. Something has gone wrong somewhere and I don't know what to do. Please help.
