No device found & all lights continually flashing

My Fitbit Flex2 stopped syncing. When I tried to sync it, it says No Device Found. I plugged it into the charging dock but all the lights are flashing constantly. I am not sure what needs to be done. I have uninstalled the app and tried to remove the device from the Bluetooth, however, it says that the device needs an app to remove. Something has gone wrong somewhere and I don't know what to do. Please help.

No, its has not been resolved and nobody from Fitbit Support has replied either.

This happened to my Flex 2 on Saturday.  Fully charged up, but has refused to sync ever since.

I am afraid the 'bit' is not made to last.  It is a shame because I have Tory Burch bracelet holder that I love.  Hate to purchase another one.

I've managed to resolve my problem by restarting my phone.! Hope it works for you too!!

I restart my phone on a daily basis in the attempt to get Fitbit working.
