My Flex 2 battery was completely drained. When I connected to my computer to re charge, after one hour no lights ever came on. On my iPhone, it found the device, but could not sync. When I selected the device, it reported a full charge, but the circle continued to circle on the app. I removed the device and attempted to reconnect the device to my iPhone, but now it can't be found. What do I do to reconnect my device or reset the batter to recharge? Thank you in advance.
