My flex recharges. My flex won't sync. I now see the warning that I have not synced in a while. When I hit the button for help the help is useless. I notice that the icon for syncing is missing from my computer. Is it possible that I simply need a new usb dongle?? Can I do that?. I have had my flex for 4.5 yrs. I'd appreciate any help you can give me

Hello, @AuntieS2 what type of computer is it?
Most computers today have built in bluetooth and does not need the Fitbit dongle.
