Hello, recently my sister gave me her fitbit flex. I want to sync it to my samsung galaxy 8 active, but the app can never seem to find my Fitbit. I would try to disconnect my sisters bluetooth, however she hasn't used the fitbit in YEARS and there is no telling where her old phone is or if it's working. Is there another way to get it to sync? I have already tried restarting my fitbit and reinstalling my fitbit app. I would love to be able to bring your product new life again!
