My step count disappeared and is only showing calories. I have tried deleting app and redownloading. I also removed Fitbit and reinstalled. No luck
I’m having the same issue (iOS app). I am synched fine, it’s tracking sleep and calories. I know it’s tracking steps because it’s relaying to a third-party app, but won’t display in my Fitbit app. Not even an option when I go to “Discover”
I am also having difficulty with steps showing. It appears to be recording the total but is not recording my hourly steps through the day, although on the day it does show up, just no the historical record. My friend, who has a different fitbit, is also having some issues. Could there be a problem with the app in general?
Same here. It says on the site they are experiencing problems with Android, but I have iOS also & no data on my app☹️

Best AnswerThis happened today! Half my steps from yesterday and Tuesday but none today although it was recording just fine this morning. Something is wrong here!
Best AnswerI'm having the same problem and this isn't the first time. Previous fixes aren't working this time and I'm very close to switching to Garmin which my friends prefer after their Fitbit frustrations. I'm still open to suggestions.

Best AnswerI have deleted and reentered. Flex no longer synchs and just endlessly cycles. It’s not tracking anything and help is no limit get available by telephone or on site. I have turned phone in and off, reloaded software and tried everything I know. Right now it’s not a device, just a piece of garbage. This has been going in since last IOS software update
Best AnswerUpdate-still only synchs intermittently. No contact from customer service. Prior to the original owners selling the company, customer service was excellent. It appears there is no support for the Flex device at all since the sale. I was an original purchase of the first Fitbit but believe I will be changing to another device with another company that actually provides customer support
