My Flex 2 recently decided to stop connecting to my Windows 10 laptop; it no longer appears in my list of available Bluetooth devices. I've followed the recommended steps I've been able to find (restart the computer, verify the Fitbit is charged, verify that Bluetooth is on / functioning, turn off nearby Bluetooth devices, verify the app is up to date, etc.). With the exception of the connectivity issue, everything else seems to be functioning fine (no computer issues, the Fitbit appears to still be tracking everything locally on the bit, etc.).

Hi @FixTheIssue If you are using the Fitbit App on your Windows 10 laptop, try uninstalling it, then reinstall and log back in and see ifit will sync then. If it still wont uninstall the app again, but reinstall Fitbit Connect from your App store rather than the App (just do a search for it in the App store). I have always fount Fitbit Connect works better for me on my laptop than the Fitbit App.

Hi @FixTheIssue, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. In addition to the helpful information that was shared by our friend @NellyG, I recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. You can also verify if all the settings to properly sync your Fitbit device are correctly configured here.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for the suggestion; unfortunately, I had already followed the recommended troubleshooting steps prior to resorting to the forums.
The issue is a connectivity issue, not necessarily a sync issue--my laptop is unable to see the Fitbit. Since my laptop is able to see other available Bluetooth devices, I'm led to believe that the problem is with the Fitbit itself. It had worked fine for the past 15 months--a bit soon for hardware failure (especially given that it still appears to be tracking steps OK), but I'm struggling to come up with another explanation.
