Hi my flex Fitbit isn’t syncing my steps but does everything else I’ve tried to delete app then downloading it again nothing full battery the only thing has changed is my mobile to a iphone

My Flex changed from STEPS to miles 3 days  ago!!!   I want it to go back to STEP tracking  How?
