Since a couple of days now, my Fitbit device (Flex 2) won’t sync with the app on my IPhone XR IOS Version 14.4. I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions.
- restart device
- turn Bluetooth off and on
- unpair device and repair
- delete app, restart phone, install app
- delete app, delete backup data on iCloud , reinstall app
Result : whenever I try to sync , I get this error code : “ The operation could not be completed” (.com.Fitbit.HTTP error 403.)
I tried the alternative - “just the app” and I get : “an unexpected error occurred. Please try again later”
finally, I used another phone. Everything went smoothly. I could download, sync . All of it. The phone is an IPhone XS also updated 14.4
