Flex 2 won’t charge

I’ve used my Flex 2 for 4 years although there’s a period of not using it. 
Now I can’t charge it, whenever I put in on the charging craddle, it just won’t charge, the light dim out. When pairing, it shows 18% and reducing. 
I had tried a different charger (I have two) and did the same. 
Is it battery problem ? If it is, is that mean the end of m Flex 2 ?

Hi @xjoss As you have tried different  chargers and you get the same problem, then it is probable the battery is dying. But before you give up on it try restarting the flex 2 several times and also try a different power outlet. If those two ideas don't help then sadly it is goodbye to your flex 2. 😔

Thanks for the advice.
Have tried different power outlet
Have tried to restart it, it won't response although all the lights still
manage to lit up, and then shows red light dimming (lowbatt indication).
Will try to restart again hopefully with some results.....

Pretty sad if I have to salvage Flex 2 as it is the most compact slimmest
waterproof sprots band, I've had. None of it available anymore in the market

So agreed   I own an Apple Watch and do not wish to have a watch on my Fitbit. I also wear it next to my 1,000 dollars watch so I most certainly do not wish to have a large item with another tome face on it.  I believe the Fitbit gives me better information on sleep than my watch.  If you find an easy answer to this please let me know.  They no longer sell this item and the battery is not replaceable. Fitbit does not give support at this time
