Can anyone make any suggestions please? I have had my Flex2 for 2 days and it won’t update. Have contacted Fitbit and spoken with 2 employees who suggested I tried different things - neither of which worked, and now my “browser isn’t supported” (?!) and I can no longer contact Fitbit…
I have done the below suggestions:
- connected Fitbit to a computer, restarted Fitbit, shut down and rebooted iPhone, closed app and reopened it, tried on a different device.
Nothing has worked. Has anyone else has any success with updating their Fitbit flex 2?
