Hi, @Teri77 , as I am sure you will be aware, all rechargeable batteries have a limited life span and their ability to hold charge will deteriorate over time.  It may be that your Flex 2 is coming towards the end of its life.

That said, there are a couple of steps that you can take that may help.  First, I would recommend giving the charging contacts a good clean.  This will ensure that the Fitbit is able to charge completely and efficiently.  Here’s how to clean the contacts:

Clean the contacts on your Fitbit:

Use a soft toothbrush with rubbing alcohol. Dry with a cloth or tissue before charging.
Make sure not to scrape the contacts with anything metal, since metal can damage the plating and cause corrosion.

Clean the pins on your charging cable:

Clean the pins carefully with a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.
Make sure that no pieces of the swab are left behind.

Once the contacts are nice and clean, give your Fitibit a good two hours charge, preferably using a wall plug (UL/CE rated). Then, while it is still plugged in and charging, give your Fitbit a restart by pressing the button on the charging cable 3 times within 5 seconds (pause briefly between each button press). The lights should all flash at once indicating a restart.

These steps may help the battery to last a little longer between charges.  Welcome to the forums!
