charge level doesn't indicate correctly

Received an email this AM telling me that Flex battery was low.  Sync and refresh (three times) tells me battery is at 76%.  Put it on charger, and started charging with one light flashing, indicating (I think) that battery is in fact very low.  Why isn't app showing correct charge after syncing?

Hi @eqr,

 

Looks like you need to log out and log back into your account and clear the Fitbit cache on your phone.  Your phone only indicates your battery level as of your last sync, so my guess is your last sync didn't take.
