Hello, my son has a Fitbit flex that he was gifted for Christmas and that was set up Christmas day, We've got it back out so he can use it and it wont stay connected to the phone app unless its plugged into the laptop. We were having trouble syncing it but now i've sorted that problem and cant seem to figure this out. How do I get the flex to stay on when i've unplugged it from the laptop? any hints or tips will be gratefully received. Thanks for reading.

Hi @KMOB,

 

Have you deleted and reinstalled the app?  I'm thinking it's an app issue rather than a device issue.

The phone app? My inspire is connected fine. I’ve tried resetting the Fitbit to no avail as soon as I take it out of the charger it doesn’t work. I’ll try deleting it and reinstalling thank you

Have you been making sure that the Flex battery stays charged, even though not being worn?
