i recently began using my fitbit flex again and got my device connected and set up. after i set it up i left it charging for half an hour. when i grabbed it again and tapped to to show how far i’ve gone no dots appeared. i then tried to connect to my device and it said it couldn’t connect. after placing it back into its charging cradle it connected. i’ve related this multiple timesheet and it has had no different result. any steps taken while it isn’t unable to connect isn’t tallied when does connect in it’s cradle.
