hi im here because i have had my flex for a while now im pleased with it but i just pulled it back out after a while to use it and i saw the icon for it but i would say it hasn't been synced in a while now and ive tried and i deleted it thinking i can sync it when i foud the dongle but it will not show an icon any more. help??

Hi @jonail so it's been a while since you actually used it and the battery was dead? You may need to restart it a few times and be sure you've got it set up. In case you need a refresher - click to read - the article will state how to set up. You need to make sure your Flex has the latest firmware and you're using the latest app for your phone or tablet. If you're using an older computer system, you might have more problems as only Windows 10 seems to be really working. I have Windows 8.1 and have problems syncing, so I use my Android.
