flex not working

my flex isn't working
i tried resetting with a paper clip but no luck

there is no dirt on charger pins or charging points

Hi @catmah  how old is your Flex? The oldest one I've seen mentioned on the forums is four years. My own died around the two year mark. Try doing the restart procedure a few times and see if a spark of life shows. Mine did for a while, but then it began having problems.
