My flex hasn't synced in the app in about 3 weeks. I want to sync it through my computer but don't see the option when I log in. I can find my device but don't see any way to tell it to sync. When I try clicking on the "sync" arrow circle icon, nothing happens so I'm wondering if that's the right place or not. Can someone tell me how to do this?
My flex hasn't synced with the app for the last couple of weeks. I want to sync it online before I remove it from the app so it can keep info. I can see the device when I log into the website but it won't sync. Can someone help me figure it out?
Hi @Texas-gal what computer operating system do you have and are you using a dongle or native Windows 10 or Apple? The more we know, the better to assist you.
I have Windows 10 and my fitbit was plugged into the computer with the dongle. Computer bluetooth is turned on.
