replacement battery

while charging my battery on a train. i left it there. how do i go about getting another one?

Hi @georgie303  the battery is inside your Fitbit and there is no replacing it. You lost the charger unit? Either way, the Flex 2 is older and no longer being made. You'd need to go to a retailer such as Best Buy or Amazon to find a charger unit.

@georgie303  sometimes there is a lost and found for public transportation, so maybe check with them.

I just bought a replacement charger for my flex one on Amazon. It was only seven bucks 🙂

Hi @Sbaker41  be sure the charger has the pin hole so you can do a restart of the device. It's necessary.
