when i tap my flex, it shows that i have taken steps, but in the dashboard, it says i have zero steps. how do i fix this?

Hi @leahwosny,
You need to sync your tracker again. Turn your BT on, open the app, and pull down on the screen. If that doesn't work, you need to restart your tracker by plugging it into a computer and looking for a tiny hole at the base of the tracker. Stick a paper clip in it for 3-4 seconds, and every light but the middle one should light up. Take the paperclip out of the tracker and you should see the racing lights light up, followed by your progress towards your step goal. Your tracker has restarted!
Once the restart process is complete, please try to sync again. If that doesn't work, force close the app, clear the cache, and log out and back in to your account.
If all else fails, uninstall and reinstall your app!
