Fitbit Flex-In The Zone

What does "In The Zone" mean where my calories are recorded on my Flex?  Also, I started using it again after a couple of years and it seems to be working fine.  Is there something I need to do to update it or does it update itself through the app on my phone?

Hi, @Hannibelle , in this context “in the zone” means that so far for the day the calories you have recorded vs calories burned are on track for you to finish the day within your goal.

The Flex and Flex 2 have now been discontinued.  If any security issues arise an update/ fix will be issued, but otherwise there will be no further updates.  If an update ever does become available (unlikely) you will see a notification and a pink arrow when you open your Fitbit app.

Congratulations on getting back to using your Fitbit.  I am sure it will help you meet your goals!
