Year three finished. 1096 days (it's a leap year). A minimum of 10,000 steps a day. Most days well over. Haven't missed a day in three years. Hooray for me!!!
69 and still moving!!! Happy New Year, everyone. Keep on truckin'.
This is year two that I made the resolution to get a minimum of 10,000 steps a day. I am 68 years old and try to keep active. I have one week left of my second year and haven't missed a day yet. I will try the same next year. Keep on truckin' is my motto lol. Merry Christmas, everyone and have a wonderful new year.

@linlit Congratulations! I'm glad to hear that you reached your goal. Do you have any advice in order to avoid losing motivation? I would like to reach a 10k steps goal for a whole year or more as well.
Best AnswerWow! Year four done. 1461 consecutive days with a minimum of 10,000 steps. Usually get 15,000 to 22,000 but always aim for 10,000. Good old country music keeps me moving inside when the weather is bad but I walk outside most days....rain or snow. Working on year 5 now. 70 and still above ground and moving!
