I'm so tired, so, so, so tired of being overweight, and feeling bad about myself. I faced trauma in my childhood, and food has always been my security. No more! Exercise is my happiness. I started at 202 lbs, and I will get down to 170 by the end of the year.

You can do this!
Taking small steps will ensure you keep the weight off and get well on your way to being healthy! I personally use the Loseit app to track my food and keep myself more accountable. Good luck!

For sure, I've definitely been watching what I eat, using the calorie count on Fitbit. It's been pretty accurate, I even left weightwatchers in favor of this, since it's more accurate and I'm allowed more freedoms. I haven't used MFP in a while, their app has too many glitches. 😕

hey you have a realistic goal. Have you broken it down to x pounds per week per month? I would make it easier to maintain accountability and get people to pay attention to your progress and give you encouragement on a daily- weekly basis.
